I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of its fantastic location right in the heart of town. The view from my room overlooking the square, beautifully lit for the holidays, was a delightful touch. The cleanliness was impeccable, making for a comfortable experience. However, I felt the staff, while friendly, seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, impacting the overall service experience. Despite that, I found great value for the price I paid.
